Reliquary Box: Jim Henson, Muppeteer
A reliquary is traditional container for relics. For my reliquary, I decided to honor Jim Henson and his amazing work.
Since Kermit is one of his most famous muppets ever, the reliquary's design is an image of Kermit's face and the relic is a miniature wooden laser cut version of Kermit's banjo.
Front view (left) and side view (right) of the Kermit reliquary. The arms move with hinges frontwards and backwards in the intention of recreating his signature "YEAH!" reaction with his arms flailing around happily. It can also be played with like a toy.
